Restoration Technician
First In Restoration is looking for a dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field role helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, storm and other property damage.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, drying and restoration work
- Set up and monitor professional restoration equipment
- Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Document job-site conditions and work performed
- Maintain clean equipment, vehicles and work areas
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, professional and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial properties
- Able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Restoration, construction or demolition experience preferred
Experience & Training
Pay is based on experience. Candidates with restoration experience may be considered for the Restoration Technician position. If you do not have restoration experience, First In Restoration is willing to train the right person, beginning in a Laborer role with opportunities to learn and advance.
