General Laborer
First In Restoration is looking for a dependable General Laborer to support our restoration team on residential and commercial job sites. This is a hands-on entry-level role with opportunities to learn the restoration industry and grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with job-site setup and cleanup
- Help with demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Load, unload and move restoration equipment and materials
- Keep work areas, vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Assist Restoration Technicians with water, fire, mold, storm and other property damage projects
- Follow job-site safety procedures and team instructions
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial properties
- Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction, demolition or restoration experience is helpful, but not required
Experience & Training
No restoration experience is required. First In Restoration is willing to train the right person. This role is a good starting point for someone who wants to learn restoration work, build hands-on skills and work toward advancement within the company.
