First In Restoration Approved for Asset Living Properties
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: First In Restoration Approved and NetVendor Compliant with Asset Living
ATLANTA — First In Restoration is now approved and in compliance through NetVendor to provide restoration services for Asset Living properties.
NetVendor compliance means First In Restoration has met the requirements needed to work with participating property management companies and multi-family communities.
“Becoming compliant with Asset Living is another important step in expanding our ability to serve the multi-family industry,” said First In Restoration owner David King. “When property damage happens, property managers need a restoration partner that can respond quickly, communicate clearly and keep the recovery process moving. We’re proud to be able to provide that support to Asset Living communities.”
First In Restoration provides 24/7 emergency response and restoration services for water, fire, mold, storm and sewage damage, including commercial and large-loss restoration throughout Georgia.
Colin Ogg, director of operations at First In Restoration, brings years of experience working within the multi-family and property management industry.
“In the multi-family industry, response time and communication are critical when property damage occurs,” Ogg said. “Our team understands the demands property managers face, and we’re prepared to respond quickly, provide clear documentation and help Asset Living communities get back to normal as efficiently as possible.”
